Survival day & Team bonding
Group of 8 people, 3 breakfasts, 4 lunches, 3 evening dinners, convention centre hire, Gerona international airport transfers.
Two team building challenges specifically tailored to your group to encourage a winning spirit and team integration skills.

Day 1:
Morning:
Going from your departure city to Gerona, Spain
Noon:
Arrival at the Mas, settle in and welcoming with coffee & homemade pastries
Gastronomic lunch (4 services: soup, appetizer, main dish, dessert & coffee) or light lunch: your choice
Afternoon:
Preparation and presentation of the team building activities
Evening:
Transfer to Gerona and dinner
Discovery of a typical Catalan restaurant in the old neighborhood (“Barri Vell”)

Day 2:
Morning
Breakfast and departure for the survival day.
Driving quads, the members are left on their own. They will have to demonstrate leadership and team contribution while carrying out several challenges, which are explained to only one person…
Noon:
Lunch onsite
Afternoon:
Activity resumption
Evening:
Return to the Mas; transfer to Gerona and dinner
Dinner on one of Gerona’s most beautiful spots: the independence square

Day 3:
Morning:
Breakfast; departure for the “aquatic trekking”.
Much more complicated than one might think, the journey will require the combination of several skills which are seldom used in an office, such as climbing, swimming and trekking…and at the end of the day, the team returns with confidence and a whole new way of looking at and overcoming challenges
Noon:
Lunch onsite
Afternoon:
Activity resumption
Evening:
Return to the Mas; transfer to Gerona and dinner
Mediterranean & exotic culinary experience within the “Mercadal” shopping area

Mission impossible & humanitarian mission:
Group of 8 people, 3 breakfasts, 4 lunches, 3 evening dinners, convention centre hire, Gerona international airport and activities transfers, two team building activities working on the members’ positive behaviors in an unexpected and changing environment.
This program teaches flexibility, empathy and efficiency.

In order to reach the objective, the members will have to learn to impose their will within a constantly evolving context…

The different teams will be competing with each other but will also have to fight against a stronger common enemy…
