Preparation and presentation of the viticulture activities.
Start of the tasting: Session 1: « Cava vs. Champagne ».
Development comparative, origin analysis and numerous differences.
Selection of 6 bottles
Evening
Transfer to Gerona and dinner
Discovery of a typical Catalan restaurant in the old neighborhood (“Barri Vell”)
