Preparation and presentation of the viticulture activities
Session 1: « Sensorial study ». The different stages of wine tasting, strengths and weaknesses.
Selection of 6 white and red wines
Evening
Transfer to Gerona and dinner
Discovery of a typical Catalan restaurant in the old neighborhood (“Barri Vell”)

Return to the Mas and meal
