Not more than an hour’s drive from the magnificent city of Barcelona, only 20 kms from the beach, very close to the Pyrenees and a stone’s throw from Gerona airport as well as from beautiful golf practices, Mas Martorell is ideally situated for discovering the Costa Brava or a stepping stone on a tour of Spain.

We are Brigitte, Patrick and our three children, Arthur, Apolline and Léopold. We recently moved from Belgium where we lived and worked,
to carry out a dream we have shared since meeting: open a bed & breakfast in Spain!

The hacienda
When we found the hacienda, we were immediately attracted to it.
It was such a beauty, full of hidden treasures! But what a challenge!
We set to work taking away what we believed to be necessary and trying to keep the valuable assets. Now with a few setbacks behind us, a lot of patience and much help from true friends, Mas Martorell is ready to be discovered and waiting for your visit.
